Yes and yes.

We possess business licenses at the state and local levels. We also carry general liability insurance through a local provider for $1M+. So if we break a leg, no one has to break the bank.

Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

Weekly accounts are cut on the same day each week, unless we have a period of ongoing/interfering rain. If this occurs, we strive to stay ahead of the weather, reset the schedule if we fall behind, and communicate with you during the process.

We DO NOT cut during or immediately after the rain!

The typical mowing season is 32+/- weeks. It begins late March and lasts through late October/mid November, depending on weather and temperature.

For lawn mowing, we charge saved cards on the 1st of each month for that month's expected cuts; this is discounted and only available for pre-pay clients. Alternatively, we bill each time we service your property.

Bills are issued online via email and are due upon receipt. The email includes a secure payment link. To pay, follow the link, click Store Card On File at the top, and submit your card information.

All other services are billed and due on the day of service.

For projects exceeding $1,000 in price, a 30% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due once work is completed. Check is the preferred payment method for such services. We also accept card and cash.

For residential mowing? Absolutely not.

Such contracts are unnecessary. We believe in earning your loyalty by performing work that speaks for itself - a simple approach that makes it easy to do business. If for whatever reason you want to suspend service, you can. But we don't expect that to happen, and neither should you.

For other services, a basic written agreement may be required.

Costs vary according to the lot size, terrain type, objects, obstacles, and accessibility.

Most lawn mowing estimates can be given over the phone, by email, or through text without visiting the property. We accomplish this through asking a few basic questions and by utilizing an online lot measurement tool.

All other projects will require an in-person visit to the property.
